CD Duplication is the process of Duplicating Data and/or Audio onto recordable CD-R media.

We only use Grade 'A' media; from our experience when corners are cut on media quality to reduce pricing, final product quality is often adversely affected.

To ensure media and Duplicating equipment quality is maintained we have invested in a dedicated Analyzer; configured to automatically test, save, report, grade, print and export your CD & DVD disc data.

Amstore has invested in one of the latest UV cured Inkjet Colour Flat Bed Printer to print CMYK ink directly on to CD & DVD media; the ink is then cured instantly by two high-power UV lights. Up to 240 discs can be printed in a session.

Cheap CD duplication - Printing & packaging

We offer an extensive range of print and Album packaging to go with the CDs and have a short run Digital Print facility to complement our short run cheap CD duplication service.

These are ideal for bands, indie record labels &  distributors, corporates as well as individuals who have a low volume of CDs to be produced.

Albums can be packed in all of the common formats such as: Jewel cases, Maxi-Single cases, Slimline CD cases, DVD cases, slim DVD cases, Clam-Shells, Vinyl sleeves, Ampaks /.Digipaks, full adhesive back sleeves, ejector cases and many other options. Where applicable these are also available with multi page, full colour booklets and inlays; using a range of paper stocks.

Order Process

1. We receive your Artwork, Master & Purchase Order

2. Your Order is set up in our Order Processing System and a unique order number issued.

3. We send you an order confirmation email highlighting any information that is necessary to us but missing at the time of setting up the order (e.g. delivery information or production parts)

4. A physical proof is produced and couriered or picked by you for approval

5. Once approved by you via email, phone call, fax or in person.

6. We begin mass production and soon after your order will be readied for delivery.

7. We ask for payment (unless you have an account with us) by before delivery.

Conference CDs

Conference organisers have seen the cost & fast production advantage of moving to CD media for providing delegate information. Information on Duplicated CDs allow companies to pass on the data for distribution at, or following, the conference in an easily accessible, environmentally friendly and cost effective medium.
