We have increased our DVD duplication significantly to cope with the increasing demand of DVDs. DVD usage had increased not only within the film industry, but also within the Music and Corporate markets.

DVD duplication is the most cost effective method for producing low volume quantities, typically less than 500 units. For higher quantities we recommend DVD replication as a more cost effective option. DVD duplication is the process of duplicating Data or Audio onto blank DVD-R media. To ensure only the highest quality results we only use Grade 'A' media as in our experience, cheap DVD-R media is a false economy due the the quality issues that may follow.

Our DVD-R Duplication facility is a 24-7 operation, utilising state of the art equipment to duplicate the content. Once the DVD-R discs have had the artwork UV Printed directly on to the media they are duplicated.

Although there are a range of possible media printing options, such Thermal print, water based Ink-Jet print and Screen printing, we've tried the lot, but for the quantity we print daily, quality and permanence we use the latest UV Ink-Jet printer.

We have an full range of print and packaging and have a short run Digital Print facility to complement our low run DVD-R duplication service. These are ideal for Film companies, Production companies, Record labels, corporates or individuals that need to have a low volume of DVDs produced. DVD-Rs can be packed in any of the common formats such as DVD cases, slim DVD cases, Clam Shells, Vinyl sleeves, printed pockets/wallets, Jewel cases, Maxi-Single cases, Slimline CD cases, ejector cases and many other options. These are all available with multi page, full colour booklets and inlays where applicable.
