Ordering - it's as simple as 1,2,3.......   

1)  Please contact Amstore with the details of your details & order:-

 If you are ordering against a Quote that we have sent you, then please ensure you include the Quote number as well.
 

2)  Getting Your Artwork & Content Master (Music Audio,  Video or Data) to us.

Audio CD Albums please supply a Physical Red Book Audio Master CD.

If you don't supply a Physical Red Book Audio CD, but supply files in formats such as MP3, AIFF & wave PLEASE ADVISE US - we charge a $30+gst minimum mastering fee to make a Red Book Audio CD. We can accept DDP Masters for Replication.  We can accept DDP Masters for Replication. 

Video as a DVD-Video - checked on a number of DVD Players, we can accept DDP Masters.  

Data / Software - Preferably in the final folder & file structure required - if not please let us know what needs to be done.

DDP - please note with the DDP format it is not possible for you (or Amstore) to check the content in anyway, so you need to be 100% confident your Studio has got it right.

If you arrange for your designer to send us your artwork, please ensure they clearly mark it with your name and/ or the Album details.

3)  We Amstore makes you a Proof to fully check before we begin Production - the Proof usually takes one day.

Anti-Piracy

Amstore has opted to conform to a worldwide anti-piracy programme set up to help combat Piracy within the replication industry

This requires us to ensure that our customers are fully aware of all the possible licensing requirements on Masters that are sent to us for replication.
