Ordering with us

Before we start producing your order, we’ll need your artwork and the master.

 

If your Artwork is finished, but the master is still a work in progress, that's fine because we can still work on the proof prototype of the packaging and design for you to approve.

Let us know if you want us to courier the proof to you. Otherwise, you can pick it up from our office.

If you are using one of our templates, please create a new layer above the template before placing artwork.
 

All images must extend to the 3mm Bleed Line. Please be aware that the artwork will be cut along the cut line as indicated by the template. Any text should be kept more than 5mm away from the cut lines.
   

Images work best at 300 DPI resolution – Grayscale or CMYK.
 

The preferred file type is  PDF (300 dpi X1A-2001). We can also work with EPS, TIFF and JPEG.

If you would like us to, we can create/edit your artwork and template through our graphic design service.
