Recycled CD DVD packaging - Sustainable forests

If you are concerned about the environment and want to promote your company as ecologically responsible, you have the option to choose DVD and CD packaging made from recycled and recyclable materials.

Sustainable  Paper / Card

Pocket / wallet  - no plastic

Printed card is a great packaging solution for both CD Audio Albums and DVD Videos and is available in various formats. The basic card pocket / wallet is fully printable and protects discs against scratches, dirt and dust.

However the pocket / wallet with flap (lancing pack); although made from a very similar gauge card, offers more scope in terms of design and presentation. The extra panels (2 sided) gives the product a more luxury feel, and adds value to the pack at minimal costs. The pack can also be finished with a pocket to hold another CD DVD, a booklet or insert with additional product information. All card pocket / wallet can be laminated to provide a more durable finish - choose from matt or gloss.

Ecopak - 4 or 6 Panel

Amstore-Ecopak is the environmental friendly CD DVD packaging; Eco Friendly with No Plastic Tray or Case, disc slides into a pocket.

Printed on ecoStar, Supreme White Cresendo & ECO100 stock produces a quality finish yet meets today's environmental market requirements. Available with optional (extra) multi-page booklet.

Ampak - Digipak style 

If you want a package with a plastic disc holder tray, consider a Digipak style pack as an alternative to a fully plastic jewel case. Ampaks offer great looking packaging with plenty of scope for attractive design and at least half of the product is recyclable.

Our Ampaks can be produced with a pocket and a booklet, and are made using high quality card or recycled card. They can have a standard gloss / matt finish and can be laminated to provide a more durable finish - choose from matt or gloss.

Additionally the flexi tray can be replace by an environmentally friendly paper-foam corn-starch equivalent.

ecoStar is the first of a new generation of 100% recycled uncoated papers that combines the whiteness, visual appeal, printability and runability of virgin fibre papers with environmental awareness. ecoStar is manufactured using 100% post-consumer, recycled, FSC CoC certified pulp, and is made and delivered Carbon Neutral to BJ Ball Papers. 

Supreme White Back

Supreme White Back is a premium 1 side coated board suitable for a wide range of demanding graphical and packaging applications. Produced using ECF, PEFC certified pulp sourced from Well Managed and Legally Harvested forests and is manufactured under the strict ISO14001 Environmental Management Scheme.

ECO100

ECO100 is a first class recycled sheet with high opacity and good formation, suitable for jobs where longevity is required. Produced using FSC Certified Recycled PCF pulp, ECO100 is manufactured under the strict ISO14001 environmental management system, and carries a number of additional environmental accreditations including : Blue Angel, Nordic Swan and Austrian Environmental Label.

New Silk - matt & gloss 

Silk is a high quality, high white A2 plus coated Art paper with outstanding smoothness and opacity. Available in an extensive range of weights and sheet sizes with board weights that provide exceptional stiffness and bulk. New Silk is manufactured using ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free), FSC Certified Mixed Source pulp.

Summit  Gloss & Matt

Summit Gloss & Matt is a premium A2 coated paper with excellent whiteness, ink holdout and runnability. Produced using ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free), FSC Certified Mixed Source pulp, from Well Managed and legally harvested Forests. Available in 2 finishes - Gloss & Matt, with a comprehensive range of weights and sheet sizes.

Cresendo

Crescendo from MeadWestvaco, is a premium, top-of-the-line one and two side coated solid bleached sulphate (SBS) board. Ideally suited to high end printing and graphics, as well as packaging applications, Crescendo delivers maximum colour vibrancy and fidelity by combining a smooth, strong surface with incredible bright-white styling. Produced using ECF, PEFC certified pulp sourced from Well Managed and Legally Harvested forests, and manufactured under the strict ISO14001 Environmental Management system.
